Tenon is construction project management software at tenonportal.com. Construction businesses sign up as workspaces. Their homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors use the portal.
This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. We do not sell your data.
Account info
When you sign up we store your name, email address, a hashed password, your company, and your role. Roles are the construction business, a project manager, a subcontractor, or a homeowner.
Project data
We store the job. That includes contracts, e-signatures (the typed name, the time, and the network address of the signer), messages, and files you upload, such as receipts and documents. A company’s records stay in that workspace. They are not shared with another company.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and bank details are held by Stripe, not by Tenon. We keep the payment status and the Stripe ids we need to show that status on the job.
How we use it
We use this information to run the workspace: sign-in, contracts, files, messages, and payments through Stripe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cancel and delete
You can cancel and ask us to delete your data. Email contactolympusconstruction@gmail.com. We delete the account and project data we hold. Stripe may keep payment records it is required to keep.
