Tenon

Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

Tenon is construction project management software at tenonportal.com. A construction business signs up for its own workspace. Homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors use that company’s portal to follow the job.

These terms are the agreement between you and Tenon when you create an account or use the site.

The workspace

The construction company owns the workspace. It invites its homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors, or they join from that company’s page. Jobs, files, and messages stay inside that workspace. You are responsible for the people you add and for keeping your password private.

What Tenon does

Tenon keeps the job in one place: contracts and e-signatures, uploaded receipts and documents, and messages between the people on that job. A typed name, stored with the time it was signed, is the electronic signature inside the portal.

Contracts

Tenon is not a party to the contract between a contractor and a homeowner. That agreement is between those people. Tenon stores it and shows it. Tenon does not set the price, do the work, or promise how a job turns out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Tenon does not hold the money, and it is not a bank. Stripe’s own terms cover the card charge and any payout. Tenon records the status so the job file stays complete.

Canceling and deleting your data

You can stop using Tenon at any time. To close a workspace or delete the data we hold, email contactolympusconstruction@gmail.com. We delete the account and project data we store. Stripe may keep payment records under its own rules.

Utah law

Utah law governs these terms. If a dispute has to go to court, it is heard in Utah.
